When you place your order, it is normally dispatched within 24 hours.

For orders made within Scandinavia we endeavor to deliver in 1-4 business days. 
Orders made from the rest of Europe or USA will be delivered within 5-14 business days.

If you wish to return an order, you must contact our customer service in writing.

Your order must not have been damaged. If an order is returned where the product’s condition has deteriorated
since you received the shipment, we will return an amount equal to the product’s new value.
